Terms of service

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern orders placed on the Sepllex website. By visiting the website and placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accept these Terms.

1. Seller identity and contact details

The Sepllex online store is operated by 0DATA, a private limited liability company (SARL).
Registered office: 2 Pas des Carmélites, 35000 Rennes, France.
Email: support@sepllex.com
Telephone: +44 7735 392752

2. Scope

These Terms apply to distance sales of clothing and fashion accessories to consumers through the Sepllex website. They are available before any order and can be saved or printed.

3. Products

We endeavour to present the essential characteristics of each product clearly and accurately. Photographs are provided for illustration. Slight colour differences may occur depending on the lighting, the screen used or your device settings.

Offers are valid while stocks last. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund the amount paid for the unavailable item.

4. Prices

Prices displayed for the UK market are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The total amount payable, including applicable taxes and charges shown by Sepllex, is presented before final confirmation of the order.

Sepllex may change its prices at any time. The price charged remains the one displayed when the order was confirmed, except in the case of an obvious error.

5. Orders

To place an order, you must select the products you want, check your basket, provide accurate contact details, choose your payment method and then confirm the order.

Before final confirmation, you can check and correct the information entered. The order becomes firm when payment is authorised and an order confirmation is emailed to you.

Sepllex reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of suspected fraud, declined payment, an obvious error, product unavailability or a previous unresolved dispute, in accordance with applicable regulations.

6. Payment

Payment must be made in full when the order is placed, using one of the methods offered at checkout. Transactions are processed securely by authorised payment providers. Sepllex does not store your full bank card details on its own servers.

If payment is declined or fails, the order cannot be confirmed.

7. Delivery

Sepllex currently delivers orders within the United Kingdom, according to the areas served at checkout.

Order preparation: 1 to 3 working days.
Estimated transit after dispatch: 4 to 7 working days.
Total estimated time: 5 to 10 working days.
Standard delivery: free.

The stated times are estimates. In the event of a significant delay, you have the rights provided by applicable regulations. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you, take physical possession of the parcel.

For more details, see our Shipping Policy.

8. Cancellation before dispatch

You may request cancellation of an order before 15:00 UK time (GMT/BST) on the day it was placed. Once processing or dispatch has begun, immediate cancellation is no longer guaranteed. Your withdrawal and return rights remain applicable.

9. Right of withdrawal and returns

For eligible orders, you have a statutory period of 14 days from the day after receipt to inform us of your decision to withdraw, without having to give a reason. Sepllex also offers a commercial policy under which you can request a return up to 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Returns are sent by post using a prepaid label supplied by Sepllex. No restocking fee is charged. Your statutory cancellation takes effect when you give us a clear notice within the applicable period; it does not depend on our approval. We will provide the return instructions and prepaid label.

10. Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the payment method used for the order. Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, the refund is made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the goods back or, if earlier, receive evidence that you have sent them back. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or that evidence, whichever occurs first. This statutory deadline takes precedence over the seven-working-day processing period for voluntary commercial returns.

11. Rights if goods are faulty or misdescribed

For UK consumers, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they do not meet these requirements, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 provides a short-term right to reject the goods for a refund within the applicable 30-day period. After that period, you may be entitled to a free repair or replacement. If that is impossible, or a repair or replacement is unsuccessful or not provided within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, you may be entitled to a price reduction or the final right to reject, subject to the Act’s conditions. These rights are separate from both the 14-day distance-selling cancellation right and our voluntary 30-day change-of-mind returns offer. Neither returns window limits your rights concerning faulty goods.

Where French statutory guarantees also apply to your purchase, the additional rights described below remain available under their applicable legal conditions. They do not reduce mandatory UK consumer protections.

Products benefit from the applicable mandatory statutory guarantees, in particular the statutory guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.

Where applicable under French law, for a new item the French statutory guarantee of conformity can be invoked for two years from delivery of the product, under the conditions provided by that law. In the event of a lack of conformity, you may request that the product be brought into conformity by repair or replacement, free of charge, subject to the statutory conditions and limits. Where these solutions are impossible, disproportionate or cannot be implemented within the required time, a price reduction or cancellation of the sale may be requested, as the case may be.

The guarantee against hidden defects allows you, where a hidden defect makes the product unfit for its intended use or substantially reduces that use, to request cancellation of the sale or a price reduction under the conditions provided by law.

These guarantees apply independently of our commercial 30-day returns policy. For any request, contact us at support@sepllex.com, giving your order number and attaching photographs of the problem if possible.

12. Liability

Sepllex is responsible for the proper performance of its obligations in accordance with applicable regulations. However, we cannot be held liable where non-performance results from an event of force majeure, an unforeseeable and unavoidable act of a third party, or the customer's fault.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes a right or liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded in relation to a consumer.

13. Intellectual property

The text, graphics, logos, photographs and other website content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. They may not be reproduced, distributed or used without the prior permission of the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.

14. Personal data

Personal data collected in connection with an order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It explains the purposes of processing, the recipients of the data and how to exercise your rights.

15. Force majeure

Neither party can be held liable for delay or non-performance resulting from an event reasonably beyond its control, subject to the consumer's mandatory rights.

16. Complaints and mediation

If you have a complaint, first contact our customer service team at support@sepllex.com so that we can seek an amicable solution.

17. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the seller, without depriving a consumer resident in the United Kingdom of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of UK and European law.

If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the consumer may bring the matter before the competent court in accordance with the applicable consumer protection rules.

18. Changes to the Terms

Sepllex may update these Terms. The version applicable to your order is the one you accepted when confirming it.
