The model form below is optional. Cancellation does not require our approval. The online form below is a separate return request to arrange a prepaid label.

Refund information
Refunds use your original payment method unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. For statutory cancellations, we refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the goods or evidence you sent them back, whichever happens first. For other eligible returns, we process the refund within a maximum of 7 working days after we receive and inspect the return. Statutory time limits take precedence. Item condition: For change-of-mind returns requested in days 15–30, items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, in their original condition, with original packaging, tags and accessories. These added conditions do not apply to statutory cancellations or faulty, misdescribed or incorrect goods.
